Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actor whose talent has earned her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius by birth the actress was born on December 3 of 1960 in North Carolina. She is the oldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne an undergraduate student in psychology. She has English and Scottish roots. Moore has moved frequently with her family because of the duties that her dad was employed in. This made it difficult to make or maintain new acquaintances. Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School in Germany at the time her parents relocated to the United States. Moore began her career on stage.
